The service here is really good, and the food is pretty tasty too. the rooms are well-equipped with everything you need for your clothes and stuff. the staff are friendly and helpful 😊. the location is great, it's in a beautiful sunny spot so it's perfect for relaxing.

Location: the hotel was close to restaurants, wineries and places, Colmar, Strasbourg and the wine route and Strasbourg.

The surroundings were perfect for adventurous teenagers like us. We went on awesome bike rides and explored the beautiful nature trails nearby. The horseback treks were epic too, making us feel like warriors on horseback. It was non-stop fun and excitement!

If there was one thing we'd ask for, it would be a designated hangout area for young people like us. A cool lounge or game room where we could kick back, play pool, and chill with new friends.

The rural location of the hotel was quite pleasant, offering a peaceful and serene ambiance. the hotel had a spacious room with a balcony, providing a lovely spot to sit out and enjoy the surroundings. the high-quality breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering a great start to the day.

The restaurant at the hotel was closed during our stay, which was disappointing as we had hoped to dine there. the bed in our room was uncomfortable, and the staircase leading upstairs was steep, making it somewhat challenging to navigate.

Nestled in the tranquil I'llwald forest, this hotel offers comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms and excellent showers. You can savour a delicious breakfast with a superb choice as you soak in the lush verdant gardens. the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, away from the city's hustle and bustle, and the spacious car park is a plus.

The restaurant and bar facilities were not available during our two-night stay, so we had to venture out to find an alternative around 7 km away.

I didn't like not having a lift. Who needs an elevator when you can workout your legs carrying luggage up the stairs?

The place had clean rooms and a really nice swimming pool that I enjoyed swimming in every day. They served delicious breakfast with a varied menu. there was a restaurant that had good local food and offered a comfortable dining experience.

One of the worst experiences was the unreliable Wi-Fi that just wasn't strong enough. the location was a letdown as well.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of town which made it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings. The service and housekeeping were top-notch - the staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for including heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I loved having a sitting area and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture added a touch of elegance to the outdoor areas. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for some entertainment in the evenings.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Convenient location in town center, close to supermarkets and the Illwald forest, which was perfect for a picnic. Large parking area available on site for my rental car.
